DeliverGuard does not provide accounting, legal, or financial advisory services.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3. Data Integrations
Users may connect DeliverGuard to third‑party systems including POS systems, delivery platforms, and financial data providers.
By connecting these services, users authorize DeliverGuard to retrieve and process data required to operate the service.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the service
- attempt to access unauthorized systems
- reverse engineer or exploit the platform
- use DeliverGuard for unlawful purposes

DeliverGuard attempts to provide helpful reconciliation insights but does not guarantee:
- financial accuracy
- completeness of data
- identification of all discrepancies
All reports are provided for informational purposes only.
Users are responsible for verifying financial information independently.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeliverGuard and its operators shall not be liable for:
- financial losses
- accounting errors
- missed discrepancies
- indirect or consequential damages
Use of the service is at your own risk.
7. Termination
DeliverGuard may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may cancel their accounts at any time.
