DeliverGuard is a revenue-integrity platform for restaurants on third-party delivery marketplaces. We reconcile what your POS recorded against what DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub actually paid you, surface the discrepancies, and hand you dispute-ready evidence for the ones worth recovering.
That's it. We don't try to replace your accounting system, your POS, or your delivery operations. We just answer the one question those tools never quite answer: did you actually get paid what you were owed?
Why we exist
Restaurants on delivery platforms lose 2–5% of platform revenue to errors that nobody catches — commission overcharges, refund clawbacks on orders the restaurant fulfilled correctly, missing orders, promotional deductions for promotions the restaurant never opted into. The errors are small per order. They're huge per year.
The reason they never get caught is straightforward: catching them requires comparing your POS report against each platform's payout file against your bank statement, order by order, every week. Nobody has time to do that manually. So restaurants run a small but consistent leak that nobody sees on a P&L because the leak shows up before the money ever hits the books.
DeliverGuard does the comparison automatically. You connect your POS, your delivery platforms, and your bank. We do the line-by-line match. You get a summary of what's recoverable.
Who builds this
DeliverGuard was founded in 2024 by Mike Reilly, a former restaurant operator who lost $14,000 in 2022 to misreported delivery payouts before realizing the only reason he caught it was a coincidence. The product is what he wishes he'd had — the reconciliation engine running in the background while he ran the floor.
Most of the content on this site is written by Mike, drawing on 12 years of running restaurants in the Northeast. When we publish industry research (like our 2026 analysis of 11,389 restaurant management reviews), it's because we wanted that data ourselves and couldn't find it.
